Team Member Positions Available:

Host / Hostess - Greeting guests, making them feel welcome, seating them and inviting them back  

Server - Greeting guests, making them feel welcome, providing efficient service by guiding our guests through selling of menu items such as drinks, appetizers, entrees and deserts. Also, you'll provide a service experience that makes every guest want to return.

To-Go Cashier - Making every guest feel welcome and ensuring that every order taken is accurate including suggestive selling all items on the menu.

Line Cook - Cooking including grilling, frying. You'll also ensure that all food is made to order.

Prep Cook - Prep including seafood, beef, chicken, deserts and vegetables.

Stove Top - Ensuring all breads and recipes are made correctly. You will also act as the back-up to keep items stocked during meal periods.

Wheel Position - Dress all plates according to guidelines and quality standards.

Expediter - Serve as the communication link between servers and the kitchen, and work with kitchen personnel to insure quick, efficient service and quality products.

Utility / Dishwasher - Keeping all dishes and tableware sparkling clean for the guest. You also will have the duties to clean, maintain and sanitize all areas of the Front of the House and Kitchen. Also cleans grounds to ensure guests have a clean and safe place to eat.

Available positions

    Service Manager
    You'll be responsible for selecting, hiring, training & supervising all front of house employees. This includes managing day to day shifts, service to every guest, managing internal marketing, and sanitation. You'll also be responsible for building check averages, guest counts, managing labor and developing ongoing relationships with our guests.
    Kitchen Manager
    You'll be responsible for selecting, hiring, training and supervising the kitchen staff. This includes day-to-day shifts, sanitation, food inventories, labor and making sure all equipment is in good repair. You'll focus employees on providing our guests with top quality food, which is perfectly prepared and presented every time.
    General Manager
    When you have demonstrated leadership and expertise in both the Service Manager & Kitchen Manager Positions, your next possible career move would be General Manager. The GM has responsibility for all restaurant operations and includes managing operations up to 3 million in annual sales, 3 to 4 managers and about 60 employees.


Salaries at Folks® are competitive and are based on experience and work history.


Folks® offers bonus incentive to each management position and is performance driven.

Work Week

We strive to work a 5-day work week. Schedules are screened by District Managers and the corporate office for accuracy and compliance. 80 to 85% of the year we are on 5 days.


Vacation policy is 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years & 4 weeks after 10 years.

This is offered to both management and hourly employees.


As a manager-in-training you'll participate in an intensive 8 week, in the restaurant training program. During the 8 weeks you will have a chance to get a feel for each of our crew member's positions and your roll in managing them. After each week you will be tested for position knowledge and management procedures that pertain to that position. You will also spend time managing areas of the restaurant on your own.

Our training is structured through a series of tests, serv safe workbook projects and time spent at the corporate office learning Folks® computer programs.
