Available Positions

Guest 1st Service Positions

  • Host / Hostess
    You'll be responsible for greeting guests, making them feel welcome, seating them and inviting them back
  • Server
    You'll be responsible for greeting guests, making them feel welcome, providing efficient service by guiding our guests through selling of menu items such as drinks, appetizers, entrees and deserts. Also, you'll provide a service experience that makes every guest want to return.
  • To-Go Cashier
    You'll be responsible for making every guest feel welcome and ensuring that every order taken is accurate including suggestive selling all items on the menu.

Guest 1st Kitchen Positions

  • Line Cook
    You'll have responsibility for all cooking including grilling, frying. You'll also ensure that all food is made to order.
  • Prep Cook
    You'll have responsibility for all prep including seafood, beef, chicken, deserts and vegetables.
  • Stove Top
    You'll have responsibility for ensuring all breads and recipes are made correctly. You will also act as the back-up to keep items stocked during meal periods.
  • Wheel Position
    You'll dress all plates according to guidelines and quality standards.
  • To-Go Packer
    You'll insure all To-Go orders are packed correctly including proper portioning.
  • Expediter
    You will serve as the communication link between servers and the kitchen, and work with kitchen personnel to insure quick, efficient service and quality products.
  • Utility / Dishwasher
    You will have the responsibility for keeping all dishes and tableware sparkling clean for the guest. You also will have the duties to clean, maintain and sanitize all areas of the Front of the House and Kitchen. Also cleans grounds to ensure guests have a clean and safe place to eat.
