Available positions
- Service
Manager
You'll be responsible for selecting, hiring, training &
supervising all front of house employees. This includes managing
day to day shifts, service to every guest, managing internal marketing,
and sanitation. You'll also be responsible for building
check averages, guest counts, managing labor and developing ongoing
relationships with our guests.
- Kitchen
Manager
You'll be responsible for selecting, hiring, training and
supervising the kitchen staff. This includes day-to-day shifts,
sanitation, food inventories, labor and making sure all equipment
is in good repair. You'll focus employees on providing our
guests with top quality food, which is perfectly prepared and
presented every time.
- General
Manager
When you have demonstrated leadership and expertise in both the
Service Manager & Kitchen
Manager Positions, your next possible career move would
be General Manager. The GM has responsibility
for all restaurant operations and includes managing operations
up to 3 million in annual sales, 3 to 4 managers and about 60
employees.

Work Week
We strive
to work a 5-day work week. Schedules are screened by District Managers
and the corporate office for accuracy and compliance. 80 to 85%
of the year we are on 5 days.
Vacation
Vacation
policy is 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years & 4 weeks
after 10 years.

Training
As a manager-in-training
you'll participate in an intensive 8 week, in the restaurant
training program. During the 8 weeks you will have a chance to get
a feel for each of our crew member's positions and your roll
in managing them. After each week you will be tested for position
knowledge and management procedures that pertain to that position.
You will also spend time managing areas of the restaurant on your
own.
Our training
is structured through a series of tests, serv safe workbook projects
and time spent at the corporate office learning Folks®
computer programs.
